AUTOSEC.TOP ACCOUNT SEIZED

On the 17th of September 2026 I was unable to login to my Microsoft account. It said that the account did not exist. Upon further investigation and the use of my passkey (that had stopped working after being sent an email that day by Microsoft stating that my passkey had been deleted and another email stating an authenticator app had been setup, neither of which were me) I was able to use what I think is a special username email that auto filled when I attempted to use the deleted passkey. Then when I went to type my password in, it had been changed. Upon attempting to reset the password, I was taken to a menu where I could choose to use an authenticator app I had not setup, or an email that started in 2 random numbers and ended in @autosec.top which was not my original email. Then I Google searched Autosec top and the first website (with the url autosec.top) was a page for selling/promoting a Microsoft account seizing bot for the use of reselling/redistributing stolen accounts with Minecraft, presumably so they can resell stolen Minecraft accounts to make a profit, with a discord join link and login page. In the website it stated that the bot steals the account, changes the email, changes the password, deletes any passkey, creates an authenticator app and creates and stored a new recovery code to assure the account cannot be retrieved.

I am now unsure of how to retrieve my account as I have 1 old password, dont know the credit card used to buy Minecraft as It is long expired and destroyed. But I am logged into the account offline on my pc and laptop.

I KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THIS ISSUE AS I HAVE SEEN ANOTHER QUESTION WITH THE SAME AUTOSEC ACCOUNT SEIZED, WITH 40+ REPLIES

ANYONE AT MICROSOFT PLEASE HELP I HAVE THE DEVICE ID AND SPECS OF BOTH PC AND LAPTOP THAT ARE CURRENTLY CONNECTED OFFLINE.

The Minecraft username was sackboy120 (on java I believe I have bedrock as in mobile too not 100 percent though)

the Xbox username was Candy Q99

an old password can be provided

the pc and laptop device id can be given (it was also logged into 2 other desktop pcs, but cannot provide device id as they are sold)

I do have and am willing to provide the recipt for the minecraft java edition purchase from 2019. and the last 4 digits of the credit card but thats it for the card.

the Microsoft account was like over the one drive limit too

I have the master chief collection and halo infinite multiplayer also bound to the account bought on steam
