Reinstalled SQLNCLI by SQL Server Hotfix

First, installed Microsoft SQL Server 2017 Database Engine which included shared component SQLNCLI.

The found Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Native Client (SQLNCLI) was EOL, so successful uninstall it.

After that, a Windows Update include Microsoft SQL Server Hotfix applied, then found SQLNCLI was installed at the same date with SQL Server Hotfix.

Anyway to exclude SQLNCLI to reinstall when apply hotfix ?
