I have used NewOutlook for some time (due to copilot) for both my office account (M365) and my private email hoste by a local danish webmail provider

A couple of moth ago i change email provider from one.com dandomain.dk.

And now i cannot create the IMAP account for my private email in NewOutlook. It works perfectly in the classic outlook with the server settings from my new email provider.

When I try to manually setup the IMAP account, it suggests the server settings from my old email provider.
When i overwrite the old server settings with the new settings and creatye the IMAP account it fails every time with:

"Something went wrong. You may need an app password"

Any Suggestions ? I have tried the dele the account, repair, remove chached credentiaslt .... but it keeps failing

But the problem with this account in New Outlook for Windows just started now?

There may still be something in the New Outlook for Windows cache. Just removing and re-adding the account doesn't clear everything.

There is also a known bug with an email address that is moved to a new hosting company, but retains the old domain, but that doesn't sound like your problem. Please advise if it is.
