The Tax program vendors said there's a problem with the Microsoft Adobe print features that's preventing Adobe features from working properly, and they're waiting for a Microsoft update to restore normal operation.

I understand how disruptive this can be, especially when you're trying to create a PDF from your tax program. Let's first determine whether the problem is with Windows printing or is limited to the tax program/Adobe PDF.
- Does the tax program crash only when you select Adobe PDF, or does it also crash with other printers?
- Open another application such as Notepad and try printing a simple document to Adobe PDF. Does that work?
- In Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners, check whether Adobe PDF appears normally.
- Please also let us know whether this started after a recent Windows update, Adobe update, or tax program update.
Please try the steps below to see if the issue is resolved:
- Open Notepad, type a few words, select File > Print, choose Adobe PDF, and try creating a PDF. Please let me know whether it works or crashes.
- Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners and check whether Adobe PDF appears in the printer list.
- Press Windows + R, type
services.msc, and press Enter. Find Print Spooler, right-click it, select Restart, and then test the tax program again. - If the tax program still crashes, please try printing from it using another available printer, if possible.
Looking forward to your update.
