Outlook and Teams have a Pink Hue

My Outlook and Teams have taken on a warm pink hue somehow, as if there were an "eye comfort" setting turned on, except I can find no such setting. The only change I can make in the "Appearance" settings is choosing purple or blue headers, or "dark mode" which I also don't want.
I know it's not the monitor because other program windows look normal.

Is there a fix for this?

    Hello

I've been seeing other users reporting this same issue as well, during the last few days.

    Try this workaround

Type "Color Management" in the search on the taskbar to launch this control panel item.

Once it opens, select your monitor > check Use my settings for this device > click Add > select sRGB IEC61966-2.1 if it is listed> set it as the Default Profile.

Restart the computer and see if it helps.

    Hi @BP

I understand that both Outlook and Teams have developed a warm pink tint, while other applications still display normally. Since the effect is limited to these Microsoft apps, it may be related to their appearance or transparency rendering rather than the monitor itself.

On Windows 11, Microsoft 365 apps can display a background color hue through an effect called Mica, which allows the desktop background color to show through parts of the application. Microsoft recommends disabling Transparency effects if you do not want this tint. Please refer the following article:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/foundations-experiences/change-the-look-and-feel-of-microsoft-365

If the pink tint remains, please also open Settings > Accessibility > Color filters and confirm that Color filters is turned off. Windows color filters change the color palette displayed on the screen.

Could you please confirm which versions of Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Windows you are currently using?

Could you please let me know when you first noticed the pink hue in Outlook and Teams?

Did it begin after a Windows update, an Outlook or Teams update, a graphics-driver update, or any change to your display, theme, wallpaper, or accessibility settings?

As an additional troubleshooting step, could you try creating a new Windows user profile and then open Outlook and Teams from that profile?

Please let me know the result.
