    Hello @משרד זלקו בע"מ,

Based on the screenshot, the issue appears to be related to email forwarding, rather than receiving email directly.

The NDR indicates this typically means that mail sent to the account was received, but Microsoft 365 was unable to forward it to the configured forwarding destination.

To better understand the issue, could you please provide a bit more information?

    • Is the issue affecting only one mailbox or multiple mailboxes?
    • When did the problem first start?
    • Did the forwarding action fail for internal recipients, external recipients, or both?
    • As this question was posted under the Classic Outlook category, may I ask whether the issue occurs only in Classic Outlook, or does it also occur in other Outlook clients such as Outlook on the web (OWA) or New Outlook?
    • Have any mail flow, forwarding, or security policy changes been made recently?
    • Do other users in your organization experience the same issue, or is it limited to this mailbox?

Additionally, could you please provide the full Non-Delivery Report (NDR), especially the "Diagnostic information for administrators" section at the bottom of the message? The exact error code (for example, 550 5.7.x, 550 5.4.x, etc.) will help determine the root cause and provide the appropriate resolution.

Also, if you're an end user, please contact your organization's IT administrator first to check whether any mail flow, security, or anti-spam policies are restricting automatic email forwarding.

Looking forward to your response so we can get this sorted out for you together.

The screenshot indicates a forwarding failure, not a general mailbox storage problem.

    Use this check path:

    1. Open the non-delivery report and scroll to Diagnostic information for administrators.
      • That section usually shows the exact reason the message could not be delivered.
      • Common causes include an invalid destination address, a forwarding rule pointing to a bad address, or a delivery rejection.
    2. Check whether the mailbox has forwarding or rules configured.
      • A similar symptom can happen when mail is being forwarded to another address that is no longer valid or is misconfigured.
      • In Outlook on the web, check Rules and Forwarding settings and remove any forwarding entry or rule that sends mail to an incorrect external address.
    3. Verify whether the message actually reached Microsoft 365.
      • In the Exchange admin center, go to Mail flow > Message trace.
      • Run a trace for one of the failed messages.
      • Check the result:
        • Failed = the message was rejected; open the details for the exact error.
        • Quarantined = the message was stopped by filtering.
        • Delivered = the message reached the mailbox and may have been moved by a rule or hidden in the client.
    4. Check Outlook on the web.
      • If mail appears in Outlook on the web but not in the desktop app, the issue is likely the Outlook client or sync/view settings rather than mail delivery.
    5. If the sender received a bounce message, review that error code.
      • NDR or SMTP codes such as 550 5.1.1 or 550 5.7.1 usually identify why delivery failed.

If the failure is specifically because a message is being forwarded from the mailbox to another address, the fix is usually to remove or correct the forwarding rule or forwarding destination.
