Engage Center “No Access” blocks legal name change

I need to update the legal name associated with my Microsoft

Certification profile before booking an exam.

The Credentials Support link redirects to Engage Center, which displays

“No Access”. I am signed in with the personal Microsoft account connected

to my Learn profile.

I have already tested multiple browsers, InPrivate mode and all available

direct Engage Center links.

Please escalate this issue to the Microsoft Credentials Support team or

open a private communication channel. I will provide personal information

only through a secure support case or private message.

Thanks a lot for the support!

For a legal name change on a Microsoft Certification profile, the supported path is:

    1. Sign in to the Learn profile that needs the change.
    2. Go to settings.
    3. Follow the Legal Name update steps there.
    4. If the page shows a message to contact Certification Support, file a ticket with Credentials Support.

For certification-related support, the documented route is Credentials Support. For technical issues with exam delivery or scheduling, the documented contacts are the exam delivery partners such as Pearson VUE or Certiport, depending on the issue.

If Engage Center shows No Access, there is also a documented Microsoft account sign-in issue for first-time Engage Center access when the Microsoft account was previously associated with an inactive Microsoft Entra tenant. In that case, complete the initial sign-in by using this direct Engage Center link once:

    https://engagecenter.microsoft.com/f8cdef31-a31e-4b4a-93e4-5f571e91255a

After successful sign-in, future visits can use:

    https://engagecenter.microsoft.com

If the problem is specifically with the Engage Center website itself, use the question mark icon at the top of the page to open Engage Center Help, then use How can we help? to ask a question, request additional assistance, or open a support case.
