Hello Microsoft Foundry Support Team,

I'm experiencing error 715-123420: Our system has detected this request as unusual activity for your account when attempting to deploy the gpt-realtime-2.1 and gpt-6-luna models in Microsoft Foundry.

My Azure subscription is on the Basic support plan, so I cannot create a paid technical support request.

Based on similar resolved cases in Microsoft Q&A, this appears to be related to Microsoft's Real-Time Fraud Protection (RTFP) system.

Could a Microsoft moderator please contact me privately and escalate this issue to the appropriate backend security/fraud protection team for review?

Details:

  • Model: gpt-realtime-2.1 | gpt-6-luna

Model version: 2026-07-07

Error code: 715-123420

Service: Microsoft Foundry

Support plan: Basic

I can provide my Subscription ID, resource details, timestamps and request identifiers privately.

Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi @Diego

You don't actually need a paid plan for this one. The 715-123420 "unusual activity" block is an account check rather than a Foundry setting, so it goes to subscription management support, and Microsoft gives that support for free on every subscription, Basic included.

    1. In the Azure portal, select the ? icon at the top and choose Create a support request. If the AI assistant opens, switch to the classic experience.
    2. Pick Subscription management as the issue type (not Technical) and select the subscription that hit the error.
    3. In the description, paste the full error text with the model names and the time it happened, and ask for an account review so you can deploy again.

Keep the subscription ID and request IDs inside that ticket. There's no need to post them here.

Did this start right after you upgraded the subscription or changed the payment method?

If this resolved your issue, please consider accepting it as the answer. If the ticket gets stuck, let me know and I'll be happy to keep helping.
