Select Yes to disable the pdfmaker.officeaddin add-in, then try PowerPoint’s built-in PDF export instead of the add-in.

    For PowerPoint on Windows:

    1. Open the presentation.
    2. Select File > Export.
    3. Select Create PDF/XPS Document > Create PDF/XPS.
    4. Choose where to save the file.
    5. If needed, choose:
      • Standard for higher quality
      • Minimum size for a smaller file
    6. Select Publish.

This uses PowerPoint’s native PDF creation feature and does not require extra add-ins.

If PDF creation still fails after disabling the add-in, test with a simpler presentation to check whether the issue is caused by content in the file.

    Hello,

Just click Yes on that prompt to disable the add-in. That pdfmaker add-in is a separate program that often conflicts with PowerPoint updates, and you actually do not even need it. Once it is disabled, just open your presentation, go up to File > Save As > PDF.

It uses the built-in Microsoft converter instead which should go through without throwing any errors. Give that a try.
