Hi there! Just to add up to the answer provided by the AI. It's also worth checking the Xbox privacy settings, especially if Roblox is showing a message about multiplayer or access to user-created content. You can have ask your parent to sign in here to manage the settings:

    https://www.xbox.com/user/settings/privacy-and-safety

On the page, select the child’s account and go to XBOX and Windows 10 devices Online Safety. Make sure the required multiplayer and content-sharing permissions are allowed.

This can happen with Microsoft Family Safety, even when it seems like Roblox was not intentionally blocked.

Common causes from the documented behavior:

    1. Roblox may be blocked in Family Safety app controls
      • A family organizer can block or unblock apps for a child account.
      • Check the child’s profile in Microsoft Family Safety under Apps, features, and games and see whether Roblox is listed as blocked.
    2. Browser/app approval can be triggered by Family Safety web filtering
      • When web filtering is enabled, Microsoft Edge is the only supported browser.
      • Other browsers may need parent approval before they can be used.
      • On some Windows versions, children trying to open Chrome or some other browsers may see them shut down unexpectedly instead of the normal approval prompt.
    3. If the message mentions apps not published by Microsoft, third-party app consent may be disabled
      • If the child sees: “Something went wrong. Your parent has blocked access to games and apps that aren't published by Microsoft”, the parent who originally granted consent needs to enable access to third-party apps.

    What to check:

    1. Sign in as the family organizer at https://account.microsoft.com.
    2. Open the child’s profile.
    3. Check Windows → Apps, features, and games.
    4. If Roblox is listed there as blocked, select Unblock app.
    5. If the issue happens when launching through a browser, check whether web filtering is enabled and whether the browser being used is being blocked or requires approval.
    6. If the child gets the specific third-party app access error, sign in as the parent who originally granted consent at https://account.live.com/mk and select Manage this child's access to third party apps → Enable access.

If Chrome or another unsupported browser closes instead of showing an approval request, turning on Activity reporting in Family Safety is the documented workaround so approval requests can be received as expected.
