I was hacked , had an address added to my account, and I can not erase the address???

How can someone open my account, make a fake address, open my e mails and you can not erase the account?

Hello, I need help recovering my Microsoft account. I believe my account has been hacked, and I can no longer sign in. When I try to recover or sign in, it shows a different Gmail/recovery email address that I do not recognize. I believe the attacker may have changed my account information.
