Is Active Call Transfer (move a call between devices) planned for the Android/iOS Calling SDKs for Teams users?

The Web Calling SDK supports Active Call Transfer for Teams users: callAgent.feature(Features.ActiveCallTransfer) with getActiveCallDetails() and activeCallTransfer(call, { isTransfer: true, joinCallOptions }), so a Teams user can move a call they're in on another device (e.g. the Teams desktop client) onto the current device.

I can't find an equivalent in the Android or iOS Calling SDKs (checked Android 2.16.0 through 3.0.0 / 2.17.0-beta.1 and iOS 2.18.4 through 3.0.0 / 2.19.0-beta.1, using TeamsCallAgent). On native there's no way to:

  1. Discover the Teams user's active calls on their other endpoints (call id, meeting locator).
  2. Join one of those calls and remove the user's other endpoint (isTransfer: true).
  3. Get the current device's own endpoint id.

Questions

  1. Is Active Call Transfer planned for the Android and iOS Calling SDKs? If so, is there a rough timeline?
  2. Until then, is there a supported way for a native app to discover a Teams user's call on another device and move it to the phone?
