How to connect my Lepow Bluetooth speaker to my Windows 11 laptop?

I’d like to add a couple of things to the suggestions already provided by the Independent Advisor.

Since the basic pairing steps have already been covered, could you check Device Manager > Bluetooth and see whether your Bluetooth adapter is listed normally or has a warning symbol next to it?

Also, has the Lepow speaker ever connected successfully to this laptop before, or is this the first time you’re trying to pair it?

If your laptop also has trouble detecting other Bluetooth devices, I’d suggest checking your laptop manufacturer’s support page for the latest Bluetooth driver for your specific model. If other Bluetooth devices work normally and only the Lepow speaker isn’t detected, that would help narrow this down to the speaker or its pairing with this particular laptop.

Before trying anything else, is the Lepow speaker definitely in Bluetooth pairing mode with its Bluetooth light flashing, and can another device such as your phone detect the speaker?

If yes, on Windows 11 go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices and make sure Bluetooth is turned on. Select "Add device" > "Bluetooth" and wait to see if the Lepow speaker appears.

If it still does not appear, turn the speaker off and back on, restart the laptop, then try pairing again. Also make sure the speaker is not already connected to another phone, tablet, or computer nearby.

If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

1. Can your Windows 11 laptop detect and connect to any other Bluetooth device?
2. Does the Lepow speaker appear at all in the "Add a device" list, even briefly?
