Hello Roblox I lost my account password on Roblox and don’t have access to the email address that was used to create this account I also don’t know my 2 step verification passwords please help.

    Roblox requires verification of account ownership before resetting an account or changing its information, so recovery cannot be guaranteed. Please don’t share passwords or verification codes here.

    If Microsoft Authenticator or Microsoft two-step verification was used and there is no access to the account password, the recovery path depends on whether any other verification method is still available.

    • If another sign-in or verification method was already set up, use Sign in another way on the two-step verification page and complete sign-in with that alternate method.
