Accessing Microsoft Teams using organizational or personal credentials

Note: The steps below require an account with administrator permissions for the tenant. If you do not have administrator permissions, please contact your IT department or the administrator who provided your account for assistance with the following steps:
Step 1: Go to admin.microsoft.com.
Step 2: Select Users > Active users, then find and select your account.
Step 3: Under Licenses and apps, temporarily remove the license from your account. Then, wait about 10 minutes and reassign the license to your account.
This action may help refresh your account session.
Once completed, try signing in to Microsoft Teams again and check whether the issue still occurs.
If the issue persists, I recommend contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance in reviewing your account configuration and determining why Microsoft Teams keeps asking you to sign in again.
