My XBOX app gets stuck on Launching Xbox then crashes, i have restarted the PC over 20 times , i have uninstalled and reinstalled over 10 times, i have repaired, reset app and game services over 20 times, i ended up calling on Sunday and spent over 2 hours with tech support and ended up getting someone from the Xbox engineering team, and they still didn't get it to work, someone was supposed to call me on Monday and they never called me back, can i please get some help

Before we proceed, may I know all the steps you've tried with the agent so I can make sure what you've already tried? Also, may I know if you have tried to create another user and open the app there? Lastly, do you have any issues with other app if it requires you to sign in?

Thank you, to the first question we ran PowerShell, and run as administrator, used console commands and even checked for updates, everything i found online the tech support wasn't able to help with anything, from what they stated the issue is a windows tech support issue, my ticket number is <PII removed> hope this helps you find what they did to help

Anyway, may I know if you have try to create a local user profile in your computer and try to open the apps there?
I did make a new local user profile and that did not work either
