I've recently purchased microsoft 365 family subscription using my apple account. I know i can use it up to six (6) gadgets. How do i use it with another computer?

You can install and use the Microsoft 365 apps on up to 5 devices at the same time with your Microsoft account.

If you want to install the Office apps on a Windows PC/laptop or Apple computer/laptop, log into your Microsoft 365 account on this link and you can install it from there.

If you want to install the Office apps on an iPad or iPhone, you can download the apps from the Apple App Store.

If you want to install the Office apps on an Android tablet or phone, you can install the Office apps from the Google play Store.

Microsoft 365 Family can be shared with up to five other people, and each person can install Microsoft 365 on all their devices and be signed in on five devices at the same time.

To use it on another computer:

Install the Microsoft 365 apps on the other computer.
- If the subscription was purchased through Apple’s App Store, download the apps from the App Store.
- If the apps are not already installed, install Word, Excel, Outlook, or the Microsoft 365 apps.
Open any Microsoft 365 app on that computer.
Sign in with the Microsoft account associated with the Microsoft 365 Family subscription.
- The subscription is tied to the Microsoft account used with Microsoft 365, not to one specific device.
- After signing in, the subscription benefits apply automatically.
If the goal is for another person to use their own account, share the subscription with that person first. Microsoft 365 Family supports sharing with up to five other people.

If Microsoft 365 was already installed but shows as unlicensed, sign out in the app and then sign back in with the Microsoft account associated with the subscription.
