Waive off on additional subscription created by mistake after creating first one for training and learning purposes

I created a first azure free subscription for learning purposes after which I created another one by mistake, instead of using first free trial one with 200 dollars credit, I used another one which I created by mistake and incurred 249 dollars charges on same. Can I get waive off of my bill as I used the other one by mistakenly created rather than free with 200 dollars credit to use without any charged to be paid and it was not intentional at all.

My previous billing cycle already completed, that is how I came to know that I have created another subscription by mistake with same name as I thought initial one was not created.

I am requesting for refund of charged to me for the above mentioned subscription which was created by mistake as can be seen below both subscription were with same display name , so that is the mistake happened.

As I created the subscription only for student activity and not for commercial activity, so would request for a refund of amount charged. And, first one was not used which was intentional to use and had free credits as well, rather than second one got used due to same display name while practicing Fabric training course.
