    Hi @Nate V

I’m very sorry you’re going through this. I understand how frustrating it must be to have clear proof of ownership while the recovery form no longer recognizes your original email address.

Since the attacker removed your original alias and replaced your email address and phone number, please submit the specialized Microsoft account takeover form: Recover your Microsoft account. When completing it, include as much information as possible, such as your original email address, the attacker’s replacement address if known, Xbox Gamertag, console serial number and device ID, PC device ID, previous passwords, purchase receipts, order details, and redeemed codes. Use a separate accessible email address for Microsoft’s response. Help with the Microsoft account recovery form

You can also contact Microsoft Support by following these steps:

    • Go to Contact Microsoft Support.
    • Select Show expanded list of products.
    • Choose Outlook > Get Home support.
    • Search for Account Recovery, then select Get Help > Contact Support.
    • Sign in with another Microsoft account if you cannot access the affected account.
    • Ask our Support Assistant > Type "Talk to live chat agent" > Contact Support
    • Select Other Products > Manage Account Security > Chat with a support agent via web browser.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

    Thank you for your understanding.
