Hello,

By default, you have access to the Microsoft Family Safety feature after creating a Microsoft account. However, this does not mean that you are automatically part of a Family Safety group.

The Family Safety feature allows you to either add family members to your own Family Safety group or join another Family Safety group as a member/child/organizer.

So, if you are experiencing a specific error, such as "Parental consent required" when trying to access a feature, or any other error message, please share the exact error message here. This will help me understand the specific issue you are experiencing and will give you the appropriate steps to resolve it.
