    Welcome kimo leopoldo,

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A Forum. I understand you would like to know whether Bluetooth is working on your Windows 10 device.

Before suggesting more advanced troubleshooting, could you please let me know:

    • Does Bluetooth appear in Device Manager under the Bluetooth category?
    • Are you trying to connect headphones, a mouse, or another Bluetooth device?

In the meantime, you can try these steps:

    Check whether Bluetooth is enabled

    1. Check whether Bluetooth is enabled
    • Open Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices
    • Turn Bluetooth On if it is available
    1. Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter
    • Open Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot
    • Select Additional troubleshooters
    • Run the Bluetooth troubleshooter
    1. Check Device Manager
    • Press Windows + X and select Device Manager
    • Expand Bluetooth
    • If a Bluetooth device has a warning icon, right-click it and select Update driver
    1. Restart the Bluetooth service
    • Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter
    • Locate Bluetooth Support Service
    • Right-click it and select Restart

I look forward to your reply.

    Hi, good day!

I’d like to ask a few questions first so I can better understand the issue

What is the make and model of your PC/laptop?

Press Start then search System Information

Please take a screenshot of the resulting window

Which Windows 10 version/build are you using? You can check by pressing Windows key + R to open Run then type winver, and pressing Enter.

Do you see the Bluetooth option under Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices?

When did Bluetooth last work properly?

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below.
