    Hi @Mohammad Zahran

Understand your concern. below listed the solutions. please try and give your feedback.

    • Run az vm list-skus --location qatarcentral --output table in your terminal or the Azure Cloud Shell to see which Ubuntu-compatible sizes are actually open and available in the Qatar Central.
    • If your selected size (like a specific B-series or D-series tier) is greyed out or throws a NotAvailableForSubscription / SkuNotAvailable error, choose a more standard general-purpose size (e.g., standard B-series or Dsv5 sizes).
    • If Qatar Central lacks capacity or active SKU mapping for your fresh subscription, try deploying temporarily in a nearby region like UAE North (uaenorth) to verify if the subscription itself is working correctly.
    • Newly created Pay-As-You-Go subscriptions can occasionally take up to 24 hours for complete regional billing and resource provider propagation across backend datacenters.
    • Go to Subscriptions >under settings> Usage + quotas in the Azure Portal to ensure your vCPU limit for the specific VM family is greater than zero in Qatar Central

    Thanks.
