    Hi @Serap KESKIN TUNC
Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I’m sorry this happened, especially when you were simply trying to open Minecraft and found an unfamiliar account in the Launcher.

Because Minecraft ownership is linked to the Microsoft account used for the purchase, you can also submit a request to Minecraft Support. Include your original account email, Minecraft username or Xbox Gamertag, purchase receipt or transaction ID, and explain that the Launcher now displays an account you do not recognize. These details may help the support team locate the purchase and understand which account was affected.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas only.

If you received an email from Microsoft notifying you that security information or an alias was changed, please check whether the message contains an option to report or cancel the unauthorized change.

That symptom usually means the Microsoft account security info was changed to an unfamiliar address. The supported recovery path is:

    1. Scan the PC for malware before changing anything
      • Open Windows Security.
      • Go to Virus and threat protection.
      • Select Scan options > Full scan > Scan now.
      • This should be done before changing or resetting the password.
    2. Use the Microsoft sign-in helper
      • Start here: Start
      • Enter the Microsoft account email address or phone number.
      • The tool will either provide self-help steps or offer the option to talk to an agent.
    3. If sign-in still fails, try account recovery
      • Use Recover your account: Recover your account
      • Enter the email address, phone number, or Skype name used to sign in.
      • If prompted, choose where to receive the security code, enter the code, and set a new password.
    4. If the account is not recognized
      • Check that the correct Microsoft account domain and spelling are being used.
      • If the original sign-in address is no longer recognized, try any other alias or phone number previously added to the account.
    5. After access is restored, review account settings
      • Check connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies, because some settings may have been reset after unauthorized access.
    6. If recovery does not work
      • Use Microsoft Support through Get Help and Contact Support.
      • Support can route the case to the best support option, but support agents are not allowed to send password reset links or directly change account details.

If the unfamiliar address replaced the account’s security information, the official recovery flow above is the path Microsoft provides.
