Hi a moderator reproduced this issue and found the following workaround :
Select the DUR column in your source data, then change its format to General under Home >> Number Format. Seeing decimal values here is normal.
Right-click the PivotTable >> Refresh, then reopen Value Field Settings >> Sum.
To display the totals as durations, choose Number Format >> Custom in Value Field Settings and enter [h]:mm.
Keep the source column formatted as General and apply the duration format only to the PivotTable results.
