    Hello jj,

I’m sorry check-in is unavailable on your phone, even after trying a VPN.

Please turn the VPN off. Microsoft’s Rewards account policies state that using a service to alter your location’s IP address while earning points may lead to restrictions or suspension. That does not mean your account is already suspended.

Which country are you currently in, which app are you using, and what exact message appears with the VPN off? You can also check the supported Rewards regions.

Those details should help distinguish a regional availability limit from a phone-specific problem, rather than assuming the VPN can resolve it.

Microsoft Rewards should not be redeemed while using a VPN. Rewards redemption must be done in the same region where the Microsoft account was signed up, and using a VPN or proxy can prevent redemption or cause orders to be cancelled.

    Try this:

    1. Turn off the VPN and any proxy.
    2. Make sure redemption is being attempted in the same country/region as the Microsoft account.
    3. If phone verification appears, use a mobile phone or landline number, not a VoIP number.
    4. If using QR verification, try redeeming in a web browser and use the Verify with the Bing app option. The QR option does not appear inside the Bing app.
    5. If QR verification is failing, update the browser and operating system, clear browser cache and cookies, and try a different browser, device, or network.
    6. If the issue continues, contact Microsoft Rewards Support: Contact us

If Microsoft Rewards is not available in the current region, using a VPN is not a supported workaround.
