    Hello @Mia Macdonald,

I understand how frustrating it can be to see an unexpected renewal charge, and I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you've experienced while trying to request a refund.

To help provide the most accurate guidance, could you please confirm the following:

    • What is the exact name of your Microsoft 365 subscription ?
    • Was the Microsoft 365 subscription purchased directly from Microsoft, or through a third-party provider such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store?
    • Are you able to sign in to the Microsoft account associated with the subscription (the account that was used to purchase the subscription or was created during the purchase process)?
    • What steps have you already tried to cancel the subscription? At which step were you unable to proceed?
    • Did you receive any error messages or notifications? If so, please share the exact wording or a screenshot if possible (with your personal information removed).

This additional information will help better understand your situation and provide the most relevant next steps.

I look forward to your response and will do my best to help you get this resolved.

I have tried for hours to get this refund..so easy to take from my credit card..

....but impossible to get help for refund

    Truly disappointing

Big business v parent trying to support their child's education

you should refund my money taken a year after purchase, which we do not want £85 is a high cost for unwanted product
