Azure login is not working

Hello.

I have a personal account set up for my Azure portal via my MCT subscription. Somehow, the account used for the Azure Portal is not my personal one, but one that got attached to my personal one from a previous client corporate account. I need to basically reset everything so I can start over and get MFA, etc. to work correctly. Any advice is appreciated.
