Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hi Shekinah,
Thank you for reaching out.
It appears that both administrative accounts can sign in but are not being recognized as having permission to access the Microsoft 365 admin center. Please try the following checks:
- Sign In Using an Incognito Window
Open an InPrivate or Incognito browser window, go to https://admin.microsoft.com, and sign in again using the full email address of one of the affected administrative accounts. This helps rule out an incorrect account selection or cached sign-in session.
Please also ensure that you select the correct organization if the account is associated with more than one Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Check With Another Global Administrator
If the same error continues, please contact another Global Administrator in your organization and ask them to:
- Open the Microsoft 365 admin center.
- Go to Users > Active users.
- Select each affected account.
- Open Manage roles.
- Confirm that the required administrator role is still assigned.
If your organization uses Privileged Identity Management, the administrator should also confirm that the role has not expired or requires activation.
I hope your issue gets resolved soon. Any updates would be greatly appreciated.
