If that still doesn't work, you should try and contact Samsung support, since they are the manufacturer, OS provider doesn't usually provide exclusive drivers for each part.

Hello Dr. Jo Ny,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

For that laptop, as I know, Samsung already provide Samsung Update app so you can download any driver of your model directly from there.

Before we proceed further, can you please go to Device Manager > View > Show hidden devices and let me know if you can see any hidden pen driver is reporting errors?

No, the driver is not there anymore as I was previously advised to delete the hidden pen driver because 'Samsung Update would reinstall it'.

Thanks for replying.

As stated above, Samsung app can be used to download and install any driver in their control, which include the laptop and its pen. Can you please try to find it in the app?

This is what I get when I try to download and install 'Pen Services and Driver' from Samsung Update

Also, this is what my Samsung Update says. When I go to device care it says no updates.

If I cancel and use Samsung Updates I end up with the previous screen
