the only way I am aware of is to create a support request with Microsoft.

Describe your issue as best as possible and you would like to get in contact with an human agent. If required a Microsoft support representative will contact you.

Thank you. @Andreas Baumgarten . Have tried that but there is no way to put. a time slot so that they could call in that window that I can answer and there always a possibility too miss the call. I did experience that twice and when I tried calling back a couple of times... every. time no human agent would be there and there was no option to request a call back.
