I am facing an account creation problem with an MS Teams account.

This is due to IP Reputation problem.
We have detected some unusual activity and have blocked the creation of a Microsoft account.
Can you restart the router once to get a new IP?
Additionally,
On the webpage, click the icon on the browser's address bar on the left.
Click Cookies.
On the popup that opens, remove all cookies one by one, by selecting each cookie and remove the same.
Refresh.
