My mortgage co. has been blocked by you and I need to communicate with then. I dont know how to un block it. Can someone please help with this.

If the sender was blocked in Teams, unblock them in one of these ways:

In the chat list, find the person or chat request, then select More options > Unblock.
From the person’s profile card, select More options > Unblock contact.
In Teams, select Settings and more next to the profile picture, then go to Settings > Privacy > Edit blocked contacts. Find the person and select Unblock.

If this is actually about email rather than Teams, the available context only confirms that blocked senders can be removed in Outlook for Mac for non-Exchange accounts by going to Tools > Spam Email Preferences > Blocked Senders, selecting the address or domain, and choosing Remove the selected sender. For Exchange-based accounts such as Outlook.com, junk mail filtering is handled on the Exchange server.

Could you please provide a little more information about what is happening? How are you trying to communicate with U.S. Bank Home Mortgage? What makes you believe they have been blocked? For example, do you see an exact error or message saying the contact, email address, or organization is blocked?

If this is in Microsoft Teams, are you using Teams Free/personal, and are you trying to contact an individual person or an organization? If this is email, are you unable to send messages to them, receive messages from them, or both? What device are you using: Windows PC, Mac, iPhone, Android, or the web?

If possible, please provide the exact error message you receive or a screenshot with any personal information removed.

outlook email . talk to us bank and was told outlook was probably blocking a verification code to be sent. us bank rep. was able to walk me though my email settings and i saw us bank in the blocked sender section, but was not able to un block it

Thank you for the additional information. Since this is Outlook email and you found U.S. Bank listed under Blocked senders, please try removing it directly from Outlook on the web.

Sign in to Outlook.com, then go to Settings > Mail > Junk email. Under Blocked senders and domains, locate the U.S. Bank email address or domain, select it, and choose Remove/Delete, then save the changes.

You can also add the U.S. Bank email address or domain to Safe senders and domains if you trust it. After making the change, ask U.S. Bank to send the verification code again.

If you still cannot remove the entry, please let me know what happens when you select it. For example, is the Remove/Delete option missing, grayed out, or do you receive an error? If possible, please share a screenshot of the Blocked senders and domains section with any personal information removed.
