lenovo hung up on insider will not reset

Trying to get back to just win 11 no luck for the past month how ca a 80 year old get back to win 11 I am tired and almost ready to dump this computer as worthless garbage I can get to let me out of insider program and everything stops

    Getting out of Insider depends on what

    build you are currently on.

    Use WIN+R, type winver for the build #.
