    Note : I am not a Microsoft employee and the responses are based on experiences and best effort.
    Interestingly, I've been looking at similar options.

    https://sway.cloud.microsoft/ appears to be the closest depending on what you need, but there quite a bit of the options will also be available via Word, etc.

    Note You can use Sway is free, but you need a Microsoft Account. (Free/Paid, Personal/Corporate will work.)
