Places for Business never get past "publishing in 7-12 days." And there is no way to get help.

My business listing has been on a never ending pending publishing ETZ 7-12 days and it never gets published. I have been trying to get this, which once was published and on maps, back up online for close to a year. Started first with the verification process that never worked for months and months until a live agent finally resolved that and got it verified many months ago, and that took weeks of trying to get a hold of someone through virtual agent. Now it has been stuck on waiting on publishing for weeks and weeks and weeks. I try connecting through Virtual agent. It counts me down over a half hour period from over position #30 to put me in position #1... and then nothing. My record now is ten hours waiting without connecting. I have tried on multiple computers at multiple locations... multiple times. At this point to is so far beyond ridiculous that there should be a class action lawsuit. I am losing business due to this. I need this resolved. I am at my wits end lol. Please help! Thank you.

Since the listing was already verified and is now stuck in publishing, the most relevant next steps are:

    1. In Bing Places for Business, open the affected listing and force a republish by making a very small non-visible change, then save it. Examples from the documented guidance:
      • toggle a service option
      • add a photo and then remove it
This can trigger the publishing pipeline again and often clears Pending Publishing within 24 to 72 hours.
    2. In the Bing Places dashboard, confirm the listing status and review the listing details for anything incomplete or inconsistent. Community guidance notes that listings can sometimes take 7–10 business days after publishing to appear live, and some updates may take 15–20 days to fully propagate.
    3. Search for the business on Bing to check whether:
      • the business is already appearing in search or Maps
      • a duplicate or stale listing is being shown instead of the claimed one
If a duplicate exists, claim or update the correct listing and report duplicates.
    4. If the listing remains stuck after the republish attempt and propagation window, use the official Bing Places support path rather than waiting indefinitely in chat. The documented Bing support guidance points to the bingplaces.com/support page for support details, and the support article for business listings directs changes and management through Bing Places for Business.
    5. If the issue is specifically that search results still show old data even though Bing Places is correct, compare the listing shown in Bing search with the listing in Bing Places to determine whether Bing is surfacing a different business record.

Relevant timing from the available guidance:

    • phone PIN resend: if not received within 15 minutes, use Resend PIN
    • mail PIN: typically 5–6 business days in the United States; wait at least 12 days before contacting support
    • bulk verification review: 5–7 business days
    • republish after a small edit: often 24–72 hours
