hotmail problem with my microsoft 365 subscription

Please help, I've tried many attempts to fix this issue. my hotmail/outlook account says my onedrive is full, and I am no longer receiving emails. However, I have microsoft 365 personal subscription which should cover the storage and both my email accounts in hotmail and gmail. I need to speak to someone to fix this issue.

    If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription, it covers only one account. Which account owns the subscription? You can find out by visiting https://account.microsoft.com/services with each account. One of them will show the subscription. Are you using a Gmail address as the username of a Microsoft account?
