Everytime I login into this account, it will enter the app then logout from that account instantly.

I have tried to clear the cache of Teams mobile app but it doesn't work. Any idea how I can make this work today and right now since I need to do some work on there.

Please help meeeee

If you keep getting logged out of your mobile app, you can fix it easily:

    Open your phone Settings.

Go to Apps, find Microsoft Teams, and clear the app data or re-install the app.

Check your internet connection or sign in again using your school account.

Try that out and let me know if it helps.

    Hi MEGAT DANIAL

Since clearing the cache did not help, please try the following:

    1. Update Microsoft Teams from the App Store or Google Play Store.
    2. Completely uninstall the Teams app, restart your phone, and then reinstall it. Microsoft recommends reinstalling Teams when reconnection and cache-clearing steps do not resolve the issue.
    3. Before signing in again, temporarily disable any VPN and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a network-related issue.
    4. Make sure you can sign in successfully through https://teams.microsoft.com/ using a mobile or computer browser. This should allow you to continue working immediately while the mobile app is being checked. Microsoft also recommends using the web version when the desktop or mobile app cannot connect.

If the account also signs out through the web version, or if reinstalling the app does not help, please contact your organization's IT administrator. Ask them to review your account in the Microsoft Entra sign-in logs and run the Teams Sign-in diagnostic. These checks can identify whether a Conditional Access, device compliance, MFA, licensing, or account authentication requirement is interrupting the sign-in.

I hope this helps you regain access as soon as possible.

    Best regards,
