Accessing Outlook on the web for business using organizational credentials.
A Microsoft account can have multiple sign-in aliases, including another email address, but separate Microsoft accounts cannot be merged.
To add another email address to the same Microsoft account:
- Sign in to the how you sign in page.
- Select Add email.
- Follow the prompts to add the other address as an alias.

Important details:
- A new Outlook.com address can be created and attached to the existing Microsoft account.
- An email address from another provider can also be added.
- An organization may restrict adding its email addresses.
- Gmail credentials cannot be used to sign in to a Microsoft account, though a Gmail address can be added as a way to prove identity.
If the mindsilike.com address is not accepted, that can be due to organization restrictions.
If sign-in is failing now, use account recovery:
- Open Recover your account.
- Enter the email address, phone number, or Skype name used to sign in.
- Choose where to receive the security code.
- Enter the code and reset the password.

If the account is blocked because of unusual sign-in activity or too many failed attempts, use the sign-in troubleshooter or the unblock guidance.
