    1/ Are you unable to access all OneNote notebooks, or only a specific notebook?

    2/ What exact error message do you see when you try to open the notebook?

    3/ Can other users access the same notebook without any problems?

    4/ Are you experiencing this issue only in OneNote on iOS, or does it also occur when you try to access the notebook from OneNote on the web or another device?

    If you are not the notebook owner, please contact the owner and ask them to verify or reshare your access permissions.

    Also, please make sure you are signed in with the correct account to rule out any account-related access issues.
