    Hi, @Samuel Ayobami

This forum is public, users here can only recommend steps.

Some Microsoft Rewards account blocks can vary depending on the severity. You can review them here: "Account Policies" section here https://support.microsoft.com/topic/getting-the-most-out-of-microsoft-rewards-d8287eb3-c1ad-4510-b8c6-559ea4d781dc

If you’re sure you haven’t violated any of the Microsoft Rewards rules, the best option is to open a support ticket using this form: https://rewards.bing.com/support

That should allow you to get in touch with Rewards Support.

Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Thanks.

If a Microsoft Rewards account is suspended, the supported path is to submit a review request to Microsoft Rewards Support.

    1. Go to the Microsoft Rewards Support form: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2238907
    2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account tied to the suspended Rewards account.
    3. Submit the form and include the details of the suspension.
    4. Wait for the Microsoft Rewards support team to review the request and contact back.

Common policy reasons that can lead to suspension include:

    • Using multiple accounts
    • Providing inaccurate account information
    • Using a VPN or other service to alter location
    • Earning or redeeming points across multiple countries/regions
    • Using bots, macros, emulators, or other automated methods
    • Rapid or abusive search patterns intended only to gain points

If the suspension was triggered by search behavior, earning limits are not always permanent and can be removed once search patterns are determined to be normal. Repeated violations can lead to suspension and invalidated points.
