    Good day Ayşe,

Just to gently clarify before going any further, this forum is separate from Microsoft Support. I don’t have the ability to access or investigate individual accounts because this is a user‑to‑user support forum.

To help me better understand the situation and assist you effectively, could you please share a few details such as:

1/ Are you signing in through the Teams desktop app or Teams on the web?

2/ What exact error message or error code do you see when you sign in?

3/ Are you using Windows, macOS, Android or iOS?

This will help me better understand the context and provide more targeted support. Any additional information will help me better understand and support you.

In the meantime, please try the following:

Option 1: Test Teams on the web

Open a private or incognito browser window.

Go to Teams on the web.

Sign in with your school account.

Complete any verification prompts if they appear.

Option 2: Check whether the account can sign in

Try signing in to office.com with the same credentials.

If you can sign in, go to Apps and more > Select Teams.

If you still cannot access the account, please contact your school's IT department or student support team for assistance. In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Option 3: Contact your school's IT department

You may consider contacting your school's IT administrator, as they manage student accounts and can often help resolve this issue more quickly.

Please ask your school's IT department to verify that your student account is active, a Microsoft 365 Education license is assigned to your account, Microsoft Teams is enabled, you have been added to the correct class team and no school policies are preventing access.

When contacting them, please include the exact error message or error code. This information will help them identify the cause more quickly.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
