According to the documentation, "The Visual Studio Community edition is supported only on the Current Channel with the latest servicing release of the latest minor version of Visual Studio." Does this mean the 17.14 Current release in 2022 will still be supported? If not, does it mean that I need to upgrade to Community 2026 because the Current channel has been replaced by the Stable channel?

While vs 2022 community is supported on the current channel, it only receives security and bug fixes. It does not support .net 10, or Maui. You need to upgrade to vs 2026 community for support of the lastest sdks.

Yes. Visual Studio Community 2022 is still supported, but only on the Current Channel and only on the latest servicing release of the latest minor version.

In the current Visual Studio 2022 servicing policy, the latest supported version is 17.14. The release notes for older versions such as 17.11, 17.8, 17.4, 17.2, and 17.1 all state that they are no longer supported and that 17.14 is the latest supported version.

Also, the special long-term support note for 17.14 applies to Professional, Enterprise, and Build Tools editions. Community edition remains supported only on the Current Channel using the latest version.
