Hello,
The issue is that the repair center installed Windows 11 Pro, but your device's embedded OEM license in the motherboard is for Windows 11 Home. Windows activation will not automatically activate Pro using a Home digital license, which is why activation is failing.
If you purchased a legitimate Windows Pro upgrade through your Microsoft account, sign in with that same Microsoft account and run the Activation Troubleshooter under Settings > System > Activation > Troubleshoot. This can reassign the Pro digital license to the reinstalled device if the license is linked to your account.
If the repair center installed Pro without a valid Pro license, the correct solution is to reinstall Windows 11 Home. Once Home activates using the device's OEM license, you can upgrade again using your purchased Pro license. Microsoft activation servers will not activate Windows 11 Pro using a Windows 11 Home license alone.
If the Pro upgrade was purchased separately and the troubleshooter cannot find it, check your Microsoft account purchase history and confirm the upgrade license is linked to the same account currently signed into Windows. In that case, Microsoft Support may need to review the digital license association.
I hope you've found something useful here. If it helps you get more insight into the issue, it's appreciated to accept the answer. Should you have more questions, feel free to leave a message. Have a nice day!
