Callid
i seem to have a load of duplicates,i want to get rid of all the duplicates but leave one remaining. im a novice so is there a basic way to do this please or anyone who has the skills can give me a step by step example please

You can run the Query Wizard that find duplicates to get the full list of them. From there, deciding how to handle it would depend, in part, on how many you have. Fewer than a dozen might be just as quickly done by hand. Over a hundred would justify a full procedure.
Start with that Find Duplicates query and let us know what that reveals.
But I have a question about what a duplicate really is. Is it possible for a customer to call multiple times in the same day? Are those "duplicates" or not, by your requirement?
