    Hi Mike,

Since the account appears to be recognized as already connected, the issue may be related to a cached connection within Samsung Calendar rather than a general Outlook calendar sync problem.

As a next step, please try the following:

    1. Open Samsung Calendar.
    2. Go to Manage Calendars (or Calendars to Display).
    3. Check whether your Outlook account appears more than once or shows as disabled.
    4. Remove any duplicate calendar entries and re-enable the active Outlook calendar.

If the Outlook calendar still does not appear correctly, clear the Samsung Calendar app cache:

    1. Open Settings > Apps > Samsung Calendar.
    2. Select Storage.
    3. Tap Clear Cache.
    4. Restart the phone and check the calendar again.

If you are using a work or school account, it would also be helpful to let us know whether the account is a personal Outlook.com account or a Microsoft 365 organizational account, as the available sync options can differ.

If the AI Answer didn't help, could you please clarify: Are you trying to add your Samsung calendar to Outlook for Android or add your Outlook Calendar to the Samsung Calendar app?

For Samsung Calendar sync issues with Outlook, use these checks in order:

    1. In the Outlook mobile app, open Settings > Calendar and turn on Sync calendars. This exports Outlook calendar data to the device’s default calendar app and supports two-way sync for Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, and hybrid modern authentication for on-premises mailboxes.
    2. If sync was already enabled, turn Sync calendars off, close Outlook, reopen it, and turn Sync calendars on again.
    3. Verify the account on the phone is added as Exchange or Exchange ActiveSync, not IMAP or POP. IMAP and POP can sync email only and cannot sync calendar or contacts.
    4. On the Samsung device, go to Settings > Accounts > tap Exchange > tap the email account that is not syncing, and make sure Sync Calendar is enabled.
    5. If the account shows as IMAP instead of Exchange, remove it and re-add it as Exchange ActiveSync or Exchange.
    6. In the Outlook app, go to Settings > tap the account that is not syncing > Reset Account.
    7. If that does not fix it, in Outlook go to Settings > tap the account > Delete Account > Delete From This Device, then add the account again.

If the phone still reports the account is already connected and cannot be read, the most likely cause from the supported guidance is that the account was added incorrectly or is using IMAP/POP instead of Exchange. Re-adding it as Exchange is the corrective path.

If the account is a work or school Microsoft 365 or Exchange-based account and the problem continues after re-adding it, contact the Microsoft 365 admin or technical support.
