    You can try in-place update.

If the Insider build has expired and the device cannot troubleshoot, open Command Prompt, or reset, the supported recovery paths are:

    1. Check for a newer Insider build first
      • Go to Settings > Windows Update and select Check for updates.
      • If the device is still enrolled, go to Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program and make sure it is set to a channel that can receive builds.
      • If the device can still switch to Dev Channel, then return to Windows Update and install the latest build available there.
    2. If updates are not offered or fail, use recovery options
      • Go to Settings > System > Recovery.
      • Try Reset this PC. This reinstalls Windows on the same build currently installed.
      • If the problem started after a recent build and it has been less than 10 days, try Go back to the previous version of Windows.
    3. If reset and rollback do not work, do a clean install with an ISO
      • Important: a clean install will erase files, settings, and apps. Back up important files first.
      • Download the latest Windows Insider Beta Channel ISO or a Windows 10 ISO.
      • In File Explorer, open the ISO, run Setup.exe, select Change what to keep, then choose Nothing to complete the clean install.
      • After installation, go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program or Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program to set up Insider builds again if needed.
    4. If the device is stuck and still usable only partially
      • File feedback in Feedback Hub with as much detail as possible.
      • If the device is managed by work or school, Insider settings may continue to be controlled by the organization until the administrator changes them.
    5. If the goal is to stop receiving Insider builds
      • Go to Settings > Windows Update > Windows Insider Program > Stop Insider Preview Builds.
      • On Beta, Experimental, or Release Preview, use the available switch to stop getting preview builds and return to a retail build.
      • If the device is on a channel that does not allow direct exit, a clean installation is required.

Since reset, troubleshooting, and Command Prompt are already unavailable, the most direct supported path is to back up files and perform a clean installation using installation media or an ISO.
