Two verified business listings stuck in Pending

Hello,

We manage Bing Places listings for several small businesses in Germany. Two fully verified listings have been stuck in "Pending Publication" status well past the stated 7-12 day window:

  • Briese Reinigung & Service (Berlin)
  • Dream Clean Gebäudereinigung UG (Berlin) Both show "Synced with Google" in the dashboard and passed verification, but neither appears on Bing Maps yet. Has anyone run into this and found something that actually helped besides waiting or contacting support? Any pointers appreciated.
