Hello,

Every time I try to create a ticket requests I keep getting hit with the following:

Resolve issues with a disabled subscription

Your account or subscription is disabled for security reasons. We detected suspicious activity or terms of use violations and disabled your subscription to protect the owner of the payment instrument and Microsoft. If you believe this is an error, continue to submit a support ticket with the security team to review the decision.

I can't even open a support request since it seems the subscription issue prevents me. I have tried to every other option to contact Azure support but I am unable to even reach them. Does anyone know of any other options?

    Hi @Jalkhat Samae

That loop is really frustrating, and you're not doing anything wrong. The "continue to submit a ticket" page has no continue button, and the portal keeps dropping you on the automated Solutions page instead of the ticket form. There's a way past it though.

    Try this exact sequence:

    1. Open https://portal.azure.com/#create/Microsoft.Support directly.
    2. If you see the Support AI Assistant, click "Switch to classic experience" on the right.
    3. Issue type: Subscription management. Problem type: Re-enable my subscription (Billing works too).
    4. Select the disabled subscription and click Next.
    5. Wait a few seconds for the Solutions page to load, then ignore everything on it and look for "Return to support request" or "Create a support request" at the top left of the page. That link is the exit from the loop.
    6. Fill in the form, state clearly that the subscription was disabled for security reasons and you believe it's an error, and submit.

You'll get an automated email within minutes, and the security team reviews from there. If the ticket later shows "more information needed" and bounces you to the community page, reopen the ticket and use the "Return to support ticket" button to add the details.

Also check the inbox of the email tied to the subscription. The security team often sends a message saying what they need, and that's the fastest path if it's there.

If this helped, please click Accept Answer so others stuck in the same loop can find it.
