Yes. Windows App can be installed offline by manually downloading the package and its dependencies on a separate machine with internet access, then copying them to the target machine and installing them with PowerShell.
For an offline or Microsoft Store-disabled machine:
- On a separate machine with internet access and WinGet, download the Windows App package and dependencies:
winget download --id 9N1F85V9T8BN
- Copy the downloaded folder to the Windows Server 2019 machine.
- On the target machine, open PowerShell and go to the
Dependenciesfolder. - Install the dependency packages that match the server architecture. Minimum required versions are:
