    Hello,

To change the Display language in your Outlook Android App -

    • Open the Outlook app on your Android phone.
    • Tap your profile picture in the upper-left corner.
    • At the bottom of the menu, tap the gear icon to open Settings.
    • Scroll down to the Preferences section, then tap Language. (You will see a Language User's image symbol on it).
    • Select Auto to use your device's display language, or select English.
    • Restart the Outlook app to apply the change.

If Outlook is on a mobile device:

    • Outlook for Android / iOS usually follows the device language.
    • To switch back to English:
      • Android: Device Settings > Language and input
      • iPhone/iPad: Device Settings > General > Language & Region
    • On Android, Outlook also supports an in-app setting: Settings > General > Language

If the language change is in Outlook on the web or new Outlook:

    1. Select Settings.
    2. Go to General > Language and time.
    3. In Language (Country/Region), select English.
    4. Select Save.

If Outlook folder names are also showing in Vietnamese in Outlook on the web:

    1. Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings.
    2. Select General > Language and time.
    3. Change the language to English.
    4. Select Rename default folders so their names match the specified language.
    5. Select Save.
